Founder & Head Performance Coach Reggie is a former Division I player and college coach who brings years of on-field experience and off-field mentorship to the table. His approach to athlete development focuses on creating a system where athletes can grow as competitors and individuals. By combining elite coaching with a focus on technical mastery and mental development, Reggie emphasizes the importance of Speed Training and overall Sports Performance.

Speed & Performance Coach Mike is a dedicated Speed Coach with a background as a multi-sport athlete and a Cornell graduate. He brings energy, leadership, and a strong commitment to athlete development and consistent growth. Emphasizing the importance of Speed Training, Mike believes that doing the little things right and cultivating effective habits in training are essential for achieving success that extends far beyond the field.

Nic Emerson is a Speed & Skill Development Coach at G3 Sports Performance and the current Wide Receivers Coach at Worcester State University. A former multi-sport athlete, Nic brings a detailed, athlete-first approach to speed, skill development, and competitive growth. He is passionate about helping athletes improve on the field while developing confidence, discipline, and strong habits that carry beyond sport.

Speed & Performance Coach Nasir former UMass track & field standout and NH state champion, Nasir’s passion for athlete development goes beyond speed. As a dedicated Speed Coach, he provides elite coaching that mentors athletes on discipline, focus, and the mindset it takes to achieve greatness in sports performance, school, and life. Through effective Speed Training techniques, he empowers athletes to reach their full potential.

The G3 Foundation Academy is our signature youth development program dedicated to teaching young athletes the right way to move. This program emphasizes athlete development by building essential qualities that support every sport — speed, coordination, strength, stability, and confidence. Led by G3-trained coaches in a positive, high-energy environment, athletes receive elite coaching that lays the foundation for long-term athletic success.

The Rookie tier is the perfect starting point for athletes new to structured speed training. This 8-session semi-private program emphasizes the fundamentals of movement essential for athlete development:

Athletes receive elite coaching in a small-group setting that builds confidence, consistency, and a strong technical foundation. It's ideal for multi-sport athletes or those beginning their speed development journey, allowing them to develop real speed without an overwhelming time commitment.

The Pro tier is our most popular option — a 16 semi-private sessions developmental program focused on athlete development, designed to create measurable improvements in sprint performance.
With two sessions per week, athletes build:

- On-field movement confidence

- Advanced acceleration and max-velocity mechanics
- Aggressive plyometric progressions for enhanced sports performance
- High-intensity change of direction (COD) and movement patterning

Required for all new athletes, this 45-minute small-group session is essential for athlete development and includes: Sprint profiling, Jump testing, and Movement screening. Designed to create excitement and foster competition, this session will help identify the appropriate program level—Rookie, Pro, or All-Star—while providing insights into elite coaching and Speed Training techniques tailored by our experienced Speed Coach to enhance overall Sports Performance.
